If caring for a family loved one is new for you or if you are experiencing the stresses of being a family caregiver, then this FREE community education forum is for you.

 You will learn:

• What being a caregiver is all about
• What being a caregiver means to the family
• The core values of being a caregiver
• The range of caregiver duties
• The basics of personal rights
• An understanding other team members’ roles.

Following this presentation there will be an open discussion on family caregiving lead by Crystal Littlejohn, MHSA, CMC – Principal/Certified Geriatric Care Manager.

Crystal has lived in service to seniors for the entirety of her adulthood. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, as well as a Master in Health Services Administration degree.
