And The Survey Says……..

Blessings! For Seniors goal is to provide superior client satisfaction and uses Home Care Pulse, a third party company that surveys Non-Medical Home Care Companies nationwide, to conduct a telephone survey to measure how we are doing. Our clients are asked to rate us on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best in a variety of categories.

 Our overall ranking in all categories for the past 12 months is 4.8 (96%) and this earns us the Best of Home Care Award for being in the top percentage of companies nationwide. Our clients are also encouraged to comment on how we are doing, below are the responses. The bold type is what the client is asked to comment on and the italics are their responses.

 Confidence level in agency management They were very up front and communicative.

 What did you appreciate most about the services you received? I appreciated the integrity of their company.

 Agency’s response to problems We haven’t had any problems.

 Recommend agency to others I have recommend them on a regular basis. They are reliable.

 Coordination of caregiver’s schedule The schedule is what we have requested. They have always maintained it for us.

 What do you appreciate most about the services you receive? I appreciate everything. They are reliable and trustworthy. My mom is happy with them.

 What recommended improvements would you suggest? I wouldn’t recommend any improvements at this time.

 Effective communication from agency The agency is very good when it comes to the communication.

 The training & knowledge of caregivers They answer any questions and are good at addressing my concerns.

 Compassion of caregivers They show their compassion by the one-on-one care with my mom.

 Appropriate and clean appearance They are always very professional. They wear their name badge and are ready for work.

 Why did you select this agency over others? I selected this agency over others because they are tailored for seniors.

 Timeliness of caregivers They do come on time right as they should.

 Why did you select this agency over others? They were recommended to me by some of my neighbors and they all liked them.

 Compassion of caregivers I have been impressed with the level of concern and compassion that the caregivers have shown towards my husband.

 What recommended improvements would you suggest? Maybe they could spend some time discussing the care that was needed so that everyone was on the same page instead of just talking on the phone.(owner’s note: we appreciated our clients suggestions that help us improve our services)
