Blessings! For Seniors is constantly striving to provide the best service to our clients and employees. That is why we use Home Care Pulse to measure how we are doing.
HCP is an independent, 3rd party company that specializes in providing surveys to home care companies. They conduct phone interviews with 10% of our clients and employees each month and provide us with in-depth results. The use of phone surveys allows for free flowing conversations which allow us to understand the “why” behind their answers -- to know what we are doing right and where we need to improve.
