Our caregivers are mature, highly qualified and carefully selected individuals who are personally and thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly, our caregivers are dependable and caring.

Caregivers are trained to meet the comprehensive requirements of the State of Arizona's Direct Care Worker education program. This is a 40 hour course that includes testing for both caregiver knowledge and skills. Blessings! caregivers are trained using specialized curriculum, designed by aQuire Training Solutions, specifically for members of the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association. Another personal touch that brings peace of mind and continuity in care from Blessings! For Seniors is your caregiver will be introduced to you on the first visit by one of our field supervisors. This allows you to meet our supervisors and update Blessings! on any changes in care that may have occurred since our initial meeting.
